Refund and Returns Policy

1. Scope of This Policy

These terms explain how ScaleSprint handles digital orders, delivery, account access, support for access problems, and refund requests.

ScaleSprint offers digital resources for founders, consultants, business operators, and growth-focused professionals. These resources may include strategy maps, audit kits, growth decks, operations manuals, review systems, and other execution tools made available entirely in digital form.

All products sold through ScaleSprint are delivered electronically only. No physical goods are shipped, returned, or exchanged.

2. When Your Order Is Fulfilled

A ScaleSprint order is considered fulfilled once the purchased resource has been made available through a download page, customer account, email delivery, secure portal, private library, or another digital access method used by ScaleSprint.

Delivery is complete when the buyer has been provided with the relevant file, link, login information, or access instructions. It is not necessary for the buyer to download, open, or use the product for the order to count as delivered.

Because the products are digital, delivery is treated as completed as soon as access is granted.

3. Final Sale Basis

All purchases made through ScaleSprint are generally final.

Digital products can be saved, copied, stored, and used immediately or shortly after payment. For that reason, once delivery has taken place, orders are not normally eligible for refund, exchange, cancellation, or return.

This rule exists because digital content cannot be physically returned and cannot be reliably treated as unused after access has been provided.

4. No General Refund Right

ScaleSprint does not provide routine refunds after a completed digital purchase.

Refunds will not be issued simply because a customer changes their mind, orders the wrong product, no longer needs the resource, does not use it, or later decides it is not the right fit for their preferred workflow, pace, or business situation.

A completed purchase remains subject to the final sale rule once access has been made available.

5. Limited Cases We May Review

Although sales are generally final, ScaleSprint may review a request where there is a clear and verified issue directly related to billing or delivery. These limited cases may include:

  • a confirmed duplicate charge for the same product caused by a technical or payment processing error

  • a product that was not successfully delivered because of a verified issue on the ScaleSprint side

  • a file that is corrupted, incomplete, or unusable and cannot be repaired, replaced, or reissued

If one of these situations is confirmed, ScaleSprint may choose the most appropriate remedy first. That may include restoring access, resending the file, replacing the affected product, or correcting the billing issue. A refund may be considered only where another reasonable solution is not available.

6. Situations That Are Not Refundable

Refund requests will not be approved for reasons such as:

  • change of mind after purchase

  • accidental selection of the wrong product by the customer

  • lack of use after access is provided

  • misunderstanding of the product where the product page already described what was included

  • dissatisfaction based on personal preference

  • expectations that go beyond what was clearly stated in the sales description

  • lack of internal time, team capacity, or expertise to implement the resource

  • customer-side software, device, browser, or environment limitations

  • mistaken duplicate purchases made by the customer without a confirmed payment system error

If the product was delivered materially as described, dissatisfaction alone does not create entitlement to a refund.

7. Buyer Review Responsibilities

Before completing checkout, customers are responsible for reviewing the product page carefully.

This includes checking the product description, scope, intended use, included materials, access format, and any usage limitations or requirements shown at the time of sale. ScaleSprint provides product information so that buyers can make informed decisions before ordering.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have reviewed the available information and decided that the selected product suits their needs.

8. Access, Storage, and Account Responsibility

Once product access has been issued, the customer is responsible for maintaining their access details and securely storing any downloaded materials.

Customers should keep their files, access credentials, and account information in a safe place. Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific product, ScaleSprint does not promise permanent hosting, indefinite storage, or perpetual re-delivery of every purchased file.

Loss of files, accidental deletion, forgotten login details, or internal mishandling of purchased materials does not create a right to a refund.

9. Help With Delivery Problems

If a customer experiences trouble accessing or downloading a purchased product, ScaleSprint may provide reasonable assistance to help complete delivery.

This may include resending a link, confirming account access, restoring portal access, or providing another suitable delivery route. Support for access issues is intended to ensure the customer receives the product they purchased. It does not automatically create a right to a refund.

10. Compatibility and Technical Environment

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their device, browser, software, file-handling tools, and internet connection are suitable for accessing standard digital materials.

ScaleSprint is not responsible for customer-side technical problems, unsupported systems, browser restrictions, local storage issues, security settings, email filtering problems, internal company firewalls, or workflow limitations outside its control.

Refunds will not be granted because a customer assumed compatibility that was not expressly promised by ScaleSprint.

11. License Granted With Purchase

A purchase gives the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for its intended individual or licensed internal business purpose, unless a different scope is clearly stated on the relevant product page.

Purchase does not transfer ownership of the product, its structure, content, frameworks, or any associated intellectual property rights. All such rights remain with ScaleSprint unless expressly transferred in writing.

12. Restrictions on Redistribution and Resale

ScaleSprint products may not be resold, shared, redistributed, republished, uploaded to shared repositories, copied for outside circulation, sublicensed, or reproduced beyond the scope of the permitted license.

This includes sharing files, forwarding paid access links, distributing internal decks to unauthorized third parties, repackaging templates, or incorporating purchased materials into another commercial offering without written approval.

Unauthorized distribution or misuse may result in:

  • revoked access

  • canceled usage rights

  • refusal of future purchases

  • suspension of related accounts or services

  • legal enforcement where appropriate

13. Duplicate Order Handling

Customers are encouraged to review their order carefully before completing payment.

Where the same product is purchased more than once by mistake, ScaleSprint is not automatically responsible for reversing the transaction. A duplicate charge will only be considered for review where there is evidence of a genuine technical or payment processing error affecting the same purchase.

14. No Guarantee of Outcomes

ScaleSprint products are intended to support planning, analysis, operations, growth decision-making, and execution. Results will vary depending on the customer’s business model, implementation quality, team capability, timing, market conditions, and other external factors.

For that reason, ScaleSprint does not guarantee any specific growth result, revenue increase, operational improvement, audit outcome, strategic win, or business performance improvement from the use of its products.

15. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If a customer believes there is a billing or access issue, they should contact ScaleSprint first so the matter can be reviewed directly.

If a chargeback or outside payment dispute is initiated after digital access has already been granted, ScaleSprint may respond using available records, including order details, billing confirmations, delivery logs, and access history. Where a dispute conflicts with confirmed digital delivery or appears abusive or fraudulent, ScaleSprint may suspend access, revoke usage rights, and restrict future purchases.

16. Revisions to Products and Terms

ScaleSprint may update, improve, reorganize, replace, or discontinue products, delivery methods, portals, supporting materials, or policy terms from time to time.

Unless a product page specifically states otherwise, a purchase does not include a promise of future editions, expanded versions, additional modules, or ongoing updates. Changes to a product after purchase do not by themselves create grounds for a refund.

Any revised version of this policy becomes effective once published on the website.

17. Purchase Confirmation

By completing an order through ScaleSprint, the customer confirms that the transaction concerns digital content, that delivery is complete once access is provided, and that the purchase is governed by these digital sales and access terms.
